Project scope & service policies

Domain names
ATRIS can register or configure a domain name on your behalf, but domain availability is controlled entirely by third-party registrars (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, etc.) and is not guaranteed until the purchase is completed and confirmed. If your preferred domain is unavailable at time of purchase, we will work with you to select an alternative. ATRIS is not responsible for a domain becoming unavailable between the time of quote and the time of purchase.
Search engine rankings & SEO
We build every site with SEO-ready structure — clean markup, fast load times, proper metadata, and mobile responsiveness. However, where a site ranks in Google, Bing, or any other search engine is determined by that platform's algorithm, which is outside of ATRIS's control and changes without notice. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or placement on any search engine results page.
Third-party services & integrations
Projects may integrate third-party services such as Stripe, hosting providers, email platforms, or CMS tools. These services operate under their own terms, pricing, and uptime commitments. ATRIS is not liable for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by third-party providers after launch.
Project timelines
Timeline estimates provided at the start of a project are based on the agreed scope at that time. Timelines may extend if the scope changes, if client feedback or required assets are delayed, or if additional revision rounds are requested beyond what was quoted.
Payments & deposits
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the project total) is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to final handoff or launch. Work will not proceed past the discovery phase without a confirmed deposit.
Post-launch support
Standard packages include a defined revision window following launch (details provided in your project quote). Ongoing maintenance, content updates, and technical support beyond that window are available through a separate maintenance agreement.
Content & assets
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, rights-cleared content (copy, images, logos, trademarks) for use on their site. ATRIS is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues arising from client-provided materials.
